I heard about your store on the Ariel Rider FB group and decide to join and post here to help give you a start. Also, I have a question about dual motors. Would it be possible to upgrade one of my hub motors while keeping the other one on my Grizzly? Do dual hub motors need to be the same wattage to work correctly, or could they be different? Would you still get the big dual-motor torque boost with different size motors? I was thinking how cool it would be to have different sized motors for different types of riding.

i currently run dual DD motors on my bike and both have different wattage ratings. i also run the weaker motor in front. ive never had any problems with the setup. yes the rear motor does most of the work. not sure why salvatore says it causes more resistance? if you looking for more power you can upgrade your controllers all you want but if you have a battery that only puts out say 50amps thats all you will ever get. more voltage gives more "power" only because electic motors spin at a given rpm per volt up to thier maximum rpm. i live in a hilly area and find the dual motors the only way to go with lower powered ebikes
