I just installed E-Street Bike's 2kw motor kit on my T42 Ebike, Sal helped me get the 60 amp controller up and running, and I took it for its maiden 72v test ride. Oh wow, this thing shot out like a rocket, crazy torque, I almost wheelie'd on launch. I had to drop it down to PAS 1 to start out, and once I got rolling pumped it to PAS 5, and top speed on initial run for 47.3 MPH. And this was on only 80% charge! I'm charging to 100% now and leaving it plugged in for 30 minutes past that to balance out the battery, and gonna test it again. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to hit 50+. I'm thinking about purchasing the 2000 watt motor kit y'all have up. Can I run it with a 72v 40ah battery that throws a 60amp BMS?
