Need help/advice.
Just got a nbpower hub motor installed. First thing is I made the hall test and it fails on both connectors which comes from the hub. Also noticed that the motor during the test was rotated the opposite way. We're shell I dig in?

If the tire is going in reverse, that means the phase wires are backwards. They'll need to be swapped green and blue. If the wires are good, you must have an internal connection within the motor, you'll need to pop off the cap to take a look. Hope this helps
