SHIPPING
Shipping terms are always DDP (delivery duty paid). Shipping is protected and guarantied by E-Street Bikes.
Sea freight ETA is 30 - 90 days (typically 45 - 50 days).
Air shipping typically 7 days, no more then 14 days.
Notice: If customer provides an incorrect address, we are not responsible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns, we will in some cases buy back unopened products, at a 30% discount. We allow 48 hours after order is placed to cancel the order. Once shipped the sale is final. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
